Dr. Gerald (Gerry) A. Bellagamba

Gerald Arthur Bellagamba, DDS, passed away in Walnut Creek on Friday September 10, 2010. Gerald was born in South San Francisco on April 17, 1920. He was a Rossmoor resident, formerly of Oakland.  Gerald was a graduate of UCSF Dental College Class of 1943, and served as a Major with the US Army Dental Corps in the Pacific during WWII. He practiced dentistry in Oakland for 40 years. Gerald was a life member of the Alameda County Dental Society, California State Dental Assn., and American Dental Assn.. He was a member and Past President of the Pacific Coast Society of Prosthodontists, and also a member of the UCSF Parnassus Club, UC Dental Alumnae Assn., and UC Alumnae Assn.

Gerald is survived by his wife of 67 years, Evelyn Bellagamba; sons, Robert Bellagamba and Dr. Richard Bellagamba; daughters-in-law, Kathleen and Adrienne Bellagamba; brothers-in-law Louis (Carol) Galli and Robert (Gail) Galli; and grandchildren, Theresa, Ashley, Michael, and Andrew.
