Presentations — Evaluations
This is the first of several pages that guide you through the entire program of presentations by the speakers at the 2024 PCSP 88th Annual Scientific Session in Monterey CA.
Please provide a score for all questions for each presentation on a scale of 1 to 5.
A score of 5 is the highest and a score of 1 is the lowest; NA, if the question was not applicable to the presentation.
You may view the presentation's speaker, synopsis and objectives by clicking on the grey "Preview" button to open a pop-up window. Close the pop-up to return to the evaluation form to answer the questions.
When each presentation has been evaluated, click on the green "Next" button to save your rating and proceed to the next presentation.
If you did not attend a particular presentation, please click "Skip this Presentation" on the lower right corner of the page.
If you are logged in as a member and happen to have previously provided a review of a presentation, you may find some of the form questions will be already filled in for you.
At the end of the survey, after you have provided all your evaluations, you will be provided with a link to download a CERP Verification form. The CERP will not be emailed. You must click on the link at the end of the survey, save and print the form, and fill it out with your details before submission to your regulatory body.
