Captain Laleh Abdolazadeh earned her DDS from the University of Maryland, Certificate in Prosthodontics from the Naval Postgraduate Dental School, and MS in Health Sciences from George Washington University, followed by a Maxillofacial Prosthetics Fellowship at NPDS. She has served as Program Chair for Prosthodontics, Consultant to the White House Medical Team, and Advisor to the Navy Surgeon General. A Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics, she currently serves as the Deputy Director for Dental Services at Walter Reed.
