Dr. Arun Sharma
Fred Gulick was described as a renaissance man, a people person. Dr. Sharma is a people person. Gulick was a great dentist, a superb prosthodontist, a leader and innovator and an educator in the field of prosthodontics. Arun Sharma exhibits all of these qualities.
The award is given to a Life Member who is a leader, an innovator and an educator in the field of Prosthodontics.

- 2001– 2006 International Society for Maxillofacial Rehabilitation – Secretary/Treasurer
- UCSF School of Dentistry - Outstanding Clinician Award
- 1999 - 2016 Thomas Curtis Outstanding Teaching award - UCSF Graduate Prosthodontics

Like Dr. Gulick, Arun is a life member, is a leader, an innovator and an educator in the field of prosthodontics, and by receiving the award will be remembered for his service to the profession in perpetuity.
